If students ask about the benefits now,\nI cannot answer immediately, but they will experience and enjoy them by\nthe end of their academic journey,\u2019 he said during a National Seminar\nand Public Lecture at the University of Bangka Belitung (UBB) in Balun\nIjuk, Bangka Regency, on Sunday.<\/p>\n<p>He stated that diligent study is essential, but students should not\nbecome bookworms, as successful people are not only academically\nproficient but also skilled in life.<\/p>\n<p>He added that successful individuals are those who are adept in life.\nBeing smart in school but not in life often leads to limited success in\nthe real world.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I convey this to ensure students do not attend campus in vain,\ngaining significant benefits and achieving success in the future,\u2019 he\nsaid.<\/p>\n<p>During the event, Otto Hasibuan expressed pride in the students,\nnoting the seminar\u2019s focus on regional education issues.<\/p>\n<p>The National Seminar, themed \u2018Education Reform and Legal Awareness as\nthe Foundation for Human Resource Development\u2019, is part of UBB\u2019s\nanniversary activities aimed at enhancing local human resources.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I am pleased to meet these students, as they are more capable than\nthose from the past.
