        "content": "<p>Many technicians are now working independently across various digital\nindustry sectors, thereby creating new job opportunities and\nstrengthening the skill-based economy.<\/p>\n<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Deputy Minister of Manpower (Wamenaker) Afriansyah\nNoor believes that competencies in the field of digital device\ntechnicians have great potential to broaden employment opportunities and\nstrengthen the skill-based economy.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMany technicians are now working independently in various digital\nindustry sectors, thus contributing to opening new job opportunities and\nstrengthening the skill-based economy,\u201d said Afriansyah in his statement\nin Jakarta on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, the Deputy Minister stated that a skill-based economy,\nespecially in the digital sector, is important for workers to master,\nparticularly young workers entering the labour force.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, he reminded of the importance of enhancing skills\n(upskilling and reskilling) amid very rapid technological\ndevelopments.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, the government through the Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker)\nis supporting the development of digital skills, one of which is through\nthe Association of Network Device Technicians (ATPJ) CPU iPhone 2026\nCompetition in Jambi last weekend.<\/p>\n<p>The Deputy Minister assessed that digital device technician\ncompetitions are not merely arenas for competing skills, but also means\nto expand employment opportunities in the digital device repair\nsector.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the ATPJ community plays an important role as a\ngovernment partner in reaching technician talents who have not been\ntouched by formal training systems.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThis activity is not just a competition, but part of joint efforts\nto address the nation\u2019s strategic challenges.
