        "content": "<p>Jayapura (ANTARA) - Papua\u2019s Deputy Governor, Aryoko Rumaropen, has\nasked prospective Hajj pilgrims from Papua to join in praying for the\nregion\u2019s progress while carrying out their worship in the holy land.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNot everyone gets the opportunity to be a guest of Allah. This is a\nnoble calling, so it must be appreciated and carried out with full\nsincerity,\u201d he said after the send-off of prospective Hajj pilgrims for\n1447 Hijriah\/2026 CE in Jayapura on Saturday.<\/p>\n<p>According to Aryoko, the Hajj pilgrimage is not merely a physical\njourney but also a spiritual one that will shape a more patient,\nsincere, and pious personality.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTherefore, the pilgrims are reminded to maintain their intentions\nand focus on carrying out the entire series of worship,\u201d he stated.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe also advise showing disciplined, orderly behaviour and mutual\nrespect. Demonstrate gentle manners, and uphold Papua\u2019s good name in the\neyes of the world,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n<p>The Head of the Papua Hajj and Umrah Regional Office, Musa Narwawan,\nsaid that 840 prospective Hajj pilgrims from the province are ready to\ndepart for Mecca.<\/p>\n<p>Based on data, Papua Province has been allocated a quota of 933 Hajj\npilgrims this year. Of that number, 840 prospective pilgrims are\ndeclared ready to depart, plus around 50 pilgrims from outside\nPapua.<\/p>\n<p>According to Musa, Papua\u2019s prospective pilgrims are grouped in Flight\nClusters (Kloter) 29, 30, and 31 via Makassar Embarkation.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe schedule for Kloter 29 entering the Hajj dormitory is on 9 May\n2026, Kloter 30 on 11 May 2026, and Kloter 31 on 12 May 2026. All\nadministrative processes and document completeness for the pilgrims have\nbeen reported as 100 percent complete,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that this year\u2019s Hajj organisation is focused on\nimproving integrated, professional services oriented towards the comfort\nand safety of the pilgrims.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe hope that all prospective pilgrims can perform their worship\nsmoothly and return to the homeland with the title of accepted Hajj\n(haji mabrur),\u201d he said.<\/p>",
