Not to mention the fees paid by the vendors in and<br>\naround the terminal.<\/p>\n<p>Why not let the vendors put their garbage in large plastic<br>\nbags and be exempted from paying fees? Someone must be held<br>\nresponsible for the consistent implementation of a cleanliness<br>\nprogram. If this does not work, let the concerned staff in the<br>\nterminal resign from their jobs. Many will be quite ready to take<br>\ntheir place, as unemployment is still high.<\/p>\n<p>Slums are also found in many other areas in Depok -- in the<br>\nrailway terminal, Jl.
