        "content": "<p>The Head of the Depok City Civil Service and Human Resources\nDevelopment Agency (BKPSDM), Endra, has reminded civil servants of the\nimportance of discipline in carrying out their duties, including not\ngoing live on social media for non-work-related purposes. According to\nhim, civil servants are obliged to focus on their duties as public\nservants and comply with working hour provisions. \u201cIn principle, civil\nservants must focus on carrying out official duties and prioritise the\ninterests of the community, region, nation and state. Civil servants\nmust also proactively solve every problem they face responsibly,\u201d Endra\nsaid in a statement. He explained that live activities on social media\nunrelated to official duties could be categorised as a violation of\ncivil servant discipline. According to him, this provision aligns with\nGovernment Regulation Number 94 of 2021 concerning Civil Servant\nDiscipline. \u201cUnder this regulation, civil servants are required to\nperform their duties with full responsibility and adhere to working hour\nprovisions. Activities outside official interests during working hours\nare deemed capable of disrupting performance, productivity, and the\nquality of public services,\u201d he stated. Furthermore, Endra said that Law\nNumber 20 of 2023 concerning the State Civil Apparatus also emphasises\nthe importance of implementing the core values of BerAKHLAK. Through\nthese values, civil servants are required to work professionally,\nloyally, adaptively, and uphold integrity in carrying out their duties.\nEndra noted that the use of social media is still permitted as long as\nit is done wisely and does not interfere with the execution of primary\nduties as a civil servant. \u201cUse social media wisely and professionally.\nFocus on working, creating, and providing the best service to the\ncommunity,\u201d he added.<\/p>",
