        "content": "<p>Dengue haemorrhagic fever (DBD) cases in Klaten Regency, Central\nJava, up to week 26 of 2026 have been reported to have decreased\ncompared to the same period the previous year. The decline in DBD cases,\naccording to Head of the Klaten Health Office Anggit Budiarto, is thanks\nto increased public awareness in eradicating mosquito nests. When\nconfirmed on Monday (20\/7), Anggit stated that the reduction in DBD\ncases in Klaten this year is also a factor of heightened community\nawareness in maintaining environmental cleanliness. DBD cases in 2026 up\nto week 26 were recorded at 112 cases with one fatality. Meanwhile, in\nthe same period last year, the number of DBD cases reached 363 with\nthree deaths. \u201cThe significant decline in DBD cases in Klaten is thanks\nto the optimisation of the mosquito nest eradication movement and the\nrole of mosquito larvae monitors, as well as maintained environmental\ncleanliness,\u201d said Anggit Budiarto.
