This woman told a journalist in<br>\nDarwin that Bali is now \"finished\" as a tourist destination. Why since 2001 have there not<br>\nbeen Madrid-type mass demonstrations by outraged Indonesians in<br>\nthe wake of terrorist attacks in Jakarta and Bali?<\/p>\n<p>President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono represents a real threat to<br>\nIslamic extremism; extremism that Indonesians comprehensively<br>\nrejected at the polls last year. Simply casting a vote in favor<br>\nof moderate Islam is easy.
