For some time now I have been meaning to write to you to say
\njust how much I admire The Jakarta Post for speaking out so often
\non many controversial environmental issues. These many articles
\nand reports printed in recent months seem well researched and
\ninformed, more recently targeting the many endangered animals
\nchained and caged in zoos, markets and private homes.<\/p>\n

There can never be enough attention drawn to the suffering of
\nthese defenseless creatures as the great tide of ignorant
\nhumanity engulfs the earth, greedily consuming everything in its
\npath. Well let's hope the \"Earth Summit\" in Bali succeeds with
\nmuch positive \"talk\". With the Post keeping us updated, shark fin
\nsoup off the menu, animals in the trees and tiger parts out of
\nthe medicine.<\/p>\n
