The defendant in the Kemnaker K3 extortion case, Fahrurozi, admitted\nto receiving multiple anonymous letters. These letters contained\ncomplaints about demands for money in the K3 certification process.<\/p>\n

Fahrurozi made this statement during his examination as a defendant\nat the Jakarta Corruption Court on Thursday (7\/5\/2026). Fahrurozi served\nas Director General of Occupational Safety and Health Supervision and K3\nin March 2025.<\/p>\n

Initially, Fahrurozi admitted to receiving Rp20 million per month\nfrom Hery Sutanto, the Director of Institutional Development, from 2021\nuntil February 2025. Hery is also a defendant in this case.<\/p>\n

Fahrurozi stated that the total amount he received from Hery was\nRp100 million. He claimed he only learned in October 2024, upon asking\nHery, that the money was a thank-you from Occupational Safety and Health\nService Companies (PJK3).<\/p>\n

Fahrurozi admitted to receiving the money starting from June 2024,\none month after his appointment as Acting Director General. He said he\nasked Hery about the payments because he frequently received anonymous\nletters.<\/p>\n
