        "content": "<p>Decree on KJN team issued<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono has issued a<br>\ndecree for the setting up of a team to select the members of the<br>\nNational Judicial Commission, an official said on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Zulkarnaen Yunus, the director general of general legal<br>\nadministration at the justice ministry, said he has obtained a<br>\ncopy of the decree, which is styled Presidential Decree No.<br>\n3\/2005.<\/p>\n<p>Under the decree, which was signed on Jan. 17, the selection<br>\nteam will consist of 22 members chaired by Abdulgani Abdullah,<br>\nthe justice ministry's director general of legislation.<\/p>\n<p>The establishment of the judicial commission is mandated by<br>\nlaw as part of the effort to ensure impartiality and<br>\nprofessionalism on the part of the courts.
