        "content": "<p>JAKARTA \u2014 Combined search and rescue (SAR) teams continue efforts to\nlocate victims buried in the landslide at the Bantargebang Integrated\nWaste Management Facility (TPST) in Bekasi City. By the first day of\nsearch operations, six fatalities have been confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Desiana Kartika Bahari, head of Jakarta\u2019s SAR office, stated that\nteams had evacuated six deceased victims following the landslide that\noccurred on Sunday, 8 March 2026. The six confirmed fatalities are Enda\nWidayanti (25 years old), Sumine (60), Dedi Sutrisno, Irwan Supriatin,\nJussova Situmorang, and Hardianto.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe victim count remains subject to verification based on witness\naccounts and reports from families who have lost relatives,\u201d she said in\na statement on Monday, 9 March 2026.<\/p>\n<p>She added that six survivors have been located: Budiman, Johan,\nSafifudin, Slamet, Ato, and Dofir. One person, Riki, remains missing. In\ntotal, 13 people have been affected by the landslide.<\/p>\n<p>Bahari explained that four fatalities were discovered on Sunday, with\ntwo additional bodies found on Monday. The combined SAR team\u2019s current\noperations involve opening access routes using heavy machinery. K9 units\nhave been deployed to search for signs of additional victims.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSearch operations also involve thermal drone surveillance to detect\nbody heat from above,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>On Monday at 12:05 WIB, one deceased victim was located and\ntransported to Polri Kramat Jati Hospital for identification\nprocedures.<\/p>",
