PT Darya-Varia Laboratoria Tbk (DVLA) has reported a solid\nperformance for the 2025 financial year, marking a significant milestone\nin its 50-year journey in the Indonesian pharmaceutical industry. During\nthe Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on Friday (19\/6)\nafternoon, the company announced revenue of Rp2.23 trillion, a 7%\nincrease compared to the previous year. This achievement aligns with the\ncompany\u2019s targets and surpasses the growth rates of both the national\npharmaceutical industry and the Indonesian economy. Growth across all business lines contributed to the positive results.\nThe consumer health segment was the main driver, recording revenue of\nRp1.26 trillion, or 57% of total revenue, with a 9.1% increase from\n2024. This performance offset a 5.5% contraction in the prescription\ndrug business, which still contributed a significant 30% to total\nrevenue, amounting to Rp666 billion. Meanwhile, the export and toll\nmanufacturing segment posted strong growth of 27%, generating total\nrevenue of Rp257 billion. The company maintained healthy profitability\nthrough disciplined cost management, operational efficiency, and a\nstrengthened product mix.<\/p>\n
To ensure continuity in oversight and stability, shareholders\napproved the reappointment of Sancoyo Antarikso as Independent\nCommissioner and the appointment of Deddy Septiadi as Director,\nreplacing Yustina Endang Setyowati who has retired. The positive growth\ntrend has continued into 2026, with first-quarter revenue reaching Rp595\nbillion, a 9% increase compared to the same period last year. As of 31\nMarch 2026, total assets rose to Rp2.52 trillion, with cash and cash\nequivalents of Rp467.06 billion, reflecting strong liquidity to support\nfuture expansion and strategic initiatives.<\/p>\n
