        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Head of the Legal Information Centre of the\nAttorney General\u2019s Office, Anang Supriatna, stated that Danke Rajagukguk\nhas been transferred from her position as Head of the Karo District\nProsecutor\u2019s Office in North Sumatra. \u201cFor Karo, Ms Danke has been\ndiagonally transferred. This means she is not in a structural position\nbut in a functional one for the time being, and such occurrences are\ncommon in ministries and institutions,\u201d he said when contacted by ANTARA\nin Jakarta on Monday. Furthermore, he explained, the transfer is being\ncarried out while awaiting the results of an internal examination of\nDanke following the controversy surrounding the handling of the legal\ncase of videographer Amsal Sitepu by the Karo District Prosecutor\u2019s\nOffice. The position of Head of the Karo District Prosecutor\u2019s Office\nhas subsequently been filled by Edmond Novvery Purba, who previously\nserved as Head of the South Nias District Prosecutor\u2019s Office. The\ntransfer of the Karo District Prosecutor is stipulated in the Attorney\nGeneral\u2019s Decree Number KEP-IV-347\/C\/04\/2026 dated 13 April 2026\nregarding the dismissal and appointment to and from structural positions\nof civil servant employees of the Republic of Indonesia Prosecutor\u2019s\nOffice.
