Dangdut queen to follow rules<\/p>\n
Indonesian dangdut queen Inul Daratista will be performing in
\nKuala Lumpur as scheduled on May 1, despite objections from PAS
\nYouth.<\/p>\n
The sexy singer, who said she was aware of the \"rumblings\"
\nconcerning her Konsert Fenomena Dangdut Inul Daratista at Stadium
\nMerdeka, had pledged to follow \"all guidelines\" during the show.<\/p>\n
\"I'm an entertainer first and foremost, and I will follow all
\nguidelines. All I want to do is entertain my fans and music
\nlovers,\" she said in a teleconference from Serang, West Java,
\nwhere she was on tour.<\/p>\n
The 26-year-old Indonesian hip-swirling sensation said she
\nplanned to sing 12 to 15 numbers during her two-hour concert.<\/p>\n
\"It will be a mixture of my latest and older songs,\" she
\nadded.<\/p>\n
Asked whether she would perform her provocative \"bump-and-
\ngrind\" technique, known in Indonesia as goyang gerudi, the singer
\nsaid she would if there were requests from fans.<\/p>\n
The concert organizer, IMS Prima Sdn Bhd, had urged that the
\npositive aspects of the event be highlighted.<\/p>\n
\"We have been given the green light for the concert by the
\nrelevant authorities here and we will adhere to the rules and
