Dony Oskaria, the Head and COO of the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency (Danantara), has announced that financial reports will be released after all State-Owned Enterprise (SOE) General Meetings of Shareholders conclude by late June 2026. The agency is currently consolidating financial statements and addressing asset impairments to ensure transparency and accurate reporting.

The Head of the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency
(Danantara) and its Chief Operating Officer (COO), Dony Oskaria, stated
that Danantara’s financial reports will be released once all State-Owned
Enterprise (SOE) General Meetings of Shareholders (RUPS) are completed
by the end of June 2026.

“Everything (RUPS) will be finished by the end of June. All SOEs,”
said Dony, when met after attending a Working Meeting with Commission VI
of the Indonesian House of Representatives (DPR RI) at the Parliament
Complex, Senayan, Jakarta, on Monday (9/6/2026).

Dony explained that Danantara’s financial reports are the result of
consolidating the financial statements of all SOEs. He noted that
Danantara is currently organising SOEs one by one, as several companies
have yet to hold their General Meetings. “Their RUPS are not yet
finished. For example, Telkom only held theirs today, while PLN has not
yet,” Dony added.

Consequently, he assured the public that the delay in releasing
Danantara’s financial reports is due to the ongoing bookkeeping process
of all SOEs rather than a lack of transparency. This process includes
addressing asset impairments or write-downs. Only after these steps are
completed will Danantara’s bookkeeping be finalised.

He guaranteed that Danantara will prioritise transparency and
undertake a massive overhaul of the governance and financial reporting
of all state-owned companies. In a separate statement, Dony emphasised
that a total transformation within SOEs is essential to ensure that the
management of state assets becomes increasingly transparent and
accountable. According to him, the root cause of existing financial
burdens stems from poor governance.

Dony revealed that the chaos in SOE financial reporting is often
triggered by practices of manipulation or financial engineering intended
to artificially enhance company performance. As a result, both the state
and the companies have had to bear significant losses due to management
negligence or illegal activities.

Given the scale of the issue, the management of Danantara and the SOE
Management Agency have chosen to take measured steps. Danantara’s
financial reports will only be finalised once all problematic financial
items within the SOEs have been rectified and recalculated objectively.
Dony ensured that the primary focus at present is conducting in-depth
audits and tidying up asset records to reflect the actual conditions on
the ground. He hopes that through this consolidation and cleaning of the
books, Danantara can begin its operations on a healthy financial
foundation, free from past burdens, and implement global-standard
transparency.
",
