        "content": "<p>Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Danantara Indonesia, Pandu Sjahrir,\nsaid the Danantara Investment Management Agency (BPI) will gradually\nrecruit global talent to strengthen the human resources (HR) of PT\nDanantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI).<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the need for global talent aligns with the\ncomplexity of each sector DSI will focus on, namely coal, crude palm oil\n(CPO), and ferro alloy.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018In terms of human resources, we are recruiting globally. Not just in\nIndonesia. Everything is global,\u2019 Pandu said at an Investor Daily\nRoundtable event in Jakarta on Tuesday.<\/p>\n<p>Pandu cited the coal sector, where there are only around 2,000\ntraders worldwide, necessitating global recruitment to secure top\nexperts.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to hiring global experts, DSI will also involve staff\nfrom state-owned enterprises (SOEs) to foster mutual growth and\nstrengthen knowledge transfer in commodity sectors and trade\nfinancing.<\/p>\n<p>According to Pandu, DSI\u2019s HR development will proceed in phases,\nmirroring the approach taken by Danantara BPI, which was established\nlast year.<\/p>\n<p>Within the next six months, DSI will build teams for its initial\nthree sectors\u2014coal, CPO, and ferro alloy\u2014before the export agency is\nslated to commence full operations in January next year.<\/p>",
