        "content": "<p>JAKARTA \u2013 PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (PT DSI), established to\nhandle strategic natural resources commodity exports, has officially\nbecome a state-owned enterprise (BUMN). Head of the BUMN Management\nAgency (BP BUMN) and Danantara Chief Operating Officer (COO), Dony\nOskaria, confirmed the status change was completed today, Monday (25 May\n2026). \u201cToday it has become a BUMN; the signing was finalised this\nmorning,\u201d he said during an interview at the Indonesian House of\nRepresentatives building in Jakarta. Under this status, the government,\nvia BP BUMN, now holds 1% of Dwiwarna Series A shares in PT DSI. PT DSI\nwas initially established on 18 May 2026 as a private company. The\ncompany will function as an export-focused BUMN, acting as the sole\nexporter for key strategic natural resources commodities. Initial\ncommodities under PT DSI\u2019s management include crude palm oil (CPO),\ncoal, and ferrous alloys. The single-point export system will commence\non 1 June 2026 as a phased rollout, with full implementation by 1\nJanuary 2027.<\/p>",
