        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Investment\nManagement Agency Daya Anagata Nusantara (Danantara Indonesia) Rosan\nRoeslani has disclosed that the debt restructuring scheme for the\nJakarta-Bandung High-Speed Rail project, or Whoosh, is currently in the\nfine-tuning stage.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe scheme is being fine-tuned.
