        "content": "<p>The Supervisory Board for State-Owned Enterprises (BP BUMN) together\nwith Danantara Indonesia is preparing top talent through the Danantara\nCorporate University. \u201cHuman resource development is the main foundation\nfor creating SOEs that are competitive and globally competitive,\u201d said\nHead of BP BUMN and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara\nIndonesia, Dony Oskaria, in a statement in Jakarta on Wednesday. BP BUMN\nand Danantara Indonesia have begun to seriously work on strategic\nprojects in the field of human resource (HR) development. This step is\nrealised through the establishment of Danantara Corporate University as\na centre for learning and developing the capabilities of SOE personnel.\n\u201cA learning system is needed that is capable of producing top talent,\nfuture leaders, and HR that is adaptive to change,\u201d he said. In a\nmeeting held to strengthen the national talent development agenda,\ndiscussions focused on four main areas: first, the formulation of an\nintegrated learning ecosystem; second, the development of leadership and\ntop talent programmes; third, collaboration with educational\ninstitutions and global partners; and fourth, strengthening the\nstrategic competencies needed to face industrial transformation. \u201cWe are\npreparing top talent, with a global outlook, capable of bringing\nIndonesian SOEs to become world-class players,\u201d Dony said. For\ninformation, the Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Management Agency\n(Danantara) is targeting the development of 15,000 semiconductor talents\nwithin the next three to five years to support the development of the\nfuture technology industry in Indonesia.
