Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Danantara Indonesia, Dony Oskaria,\nhas affirmed that the agency is accelerating the resolution of problems\naffecting the LRT City housing project. This is being done by preparing\na joint work plan with PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk (ADHI).<\/p>\n
Dony revealed that the preparation of the work plan is targeted for\ncompletion this month, so that the project resolution for LRT City\nconsumers can proceed promptly.<\/p>\n
\u201cI am preparing their work plan because they are a publicly listed\ncompany. So every income must have a decision from their general meeting\nof shareholders. Whether it takes the form of equity, in which case\nshareholders will automatically be diluted, or whether we structure it\nas a shareholder loan. We are currently reviewing this. But it will be\nresolved this month,\u201d Dony said when met at the Parliament Complex in\nJakarta on Monday, 31 August 2026.<\/p>\n
As is known, Danantara has prepared Rp456 billion in funds to support\nthe resolution of problems affecting the LRT City housing project, which\nis being developed by its subsidiary, PT Adhi Commuter Properti Tbk\n(ADCP). The funds will be used to help resolve issues impacting 2,400\nLRT City housing consumers.<\/p>\n
Dony said that Danantara and Adhi Karya will discuss the project\nresolution options in greater detail this week. The option deemed\nfastest will be prioritised, including the possibility of unit\ntransfers.<\/p>\n
\u201cThey (Adhi Karya) are currently presenting, this is only their first\npresentation to me. So we will choose whichever is fastest. Of course,\nthere will be options such as unit transfers and so on. We will meet\nwith Adhi Karya in more detail this week,\u201d he explained.<\/p>\n
The acceleration of the resolution is being carried out to provide\ncertainty to consumers who have paid to obtain LRT City housing\nunits.<\/p>\n
\u201cAfter this week, we will immediately proceed with the assistance\nprocess to Adhi Karya for the resolution of this project. In essence, we\nwant to ensure that this does not happen again. That is what is\nimportant,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
It was previously reported that Dony held a meeting with the Board of\nDirectors of Adhi Karya on Tuesday (11\/8) to discuss the progress and\nvarious public complaints regarding the LRT City project.<\/p>\n
In that meeting, Dony emphasised the importance of following up on\nthe various complaints raised by the public.
