        "content": "<p>Jakarta \u2014 Danantara Indonesia marked one year of institutional\noperations with a joint reflection event at Wisma Danantara in Jakarta\non Tuesday 11 March, attended by President Prabowo Subianto, cabinet\nministers, and Danantara leadership and staff. The occasion reaffirmed\nthe organisation\u2019s commitment to strengthening governance of state asset\nmanagement in support of national economic development.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are grateful that Indonesia now has a state investment management\ninstitution that can be compared with sovereign wealth funds at the\nglobal level. However, this achievement is only the beginning, and we\nmust continue to strengthen governance so that state asset management\ntruly provides maximum benefits to the Indonesian people,\u201d President\nPrabowo said in a statement.<\/p>\n<p>The President emphasised the importance of maintaining integrity,\ngovernance discipline, and long-term orientation in state asset\nmanagement to strengthen the foundation of national economic\ndevelopment. According to the President, Danantara was established to\nensure state asset management is conducted professionally and provides\nreal added value for national development and public welfare.<\/p>\n<p>The one-year celebration event adopted the theme \u201cOne Danantara,\u201d\nreflecting the spirit of all state-owned enterprises to move together in\nstrengthening the foundation of the national economy whilst creating\nbroader impact for future generations.<\/p>\n<p>Danantara Indonesia Chief Executive Officer Rosan Roeslani said the\nfirst year of the institution focused on building institutional\nfoundations and strengthening governance to ensure that state investment\nmanagement orientation remained focused on long-term benefits for the\npublic.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cState asset management must ultimately provide real impact for the\nnation\u2019s future.
