        "content": "<p>PT Danantara Investment Management has issued two inaugural\ninternational bond series totalling US$1.5 billion. The management of\nthe Daya Anagata Nusantara Investment Authority (BPI Danantara) stated\nthat global investors were enthusiastic, evidenced by peak orderbooks\nreaching US$4.6 billion. \u201cThis interest was driven by quality\ninstitutional investors from the United States, Europe, the Middle East,\nAfrica, and Asia,\u201d Danantara management said in a written statement on\nFriday, 12 June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>The first bond is a 5-year series worth US$750 million with a yield\nof 5.35 per cent. The second is a 10-year series, also worth US$750\nmillion, with a yield of 5.95 per cent. The 5-year bond was priced at a\nspread of 32 basis points above the secondary curve of Indonesian\ngovernment bonds, comprising a 22 basis point premium over sovereign\nfair value and a 10 basis point inaugural issuance concession. The\n10-year bond was priced at a spread of 34 basis points above the\nsecondary curve, consisting of a 24 basis point premium over sovereign\nfair value and an inaugural issuance concession. \u201cThis reflects investor\nrecognition of Danantara Investment Management\u2019s institutional framework\nand its linkage to the sovereign,\u201d management stated.<\/p>\n<p>By region, buyers of the 5-year bond were predominantly from the\nUnited States (38 per cent), Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (41 per\ncent), and Asia (21 per cent). By investor type, asset or fund managers\naccounted for 82 per cent, insurers or pension funds 10 per cent, banks\n7 per cent, and private banks or others 1 per cent. Final books exceeded\nUS$1.45 billion from 68 accounts. For the 10-year bond, buyers were\nmostly from the United States (52 per cent), Europe, the Middle East,\nand Africa (31 per cent), and Asia (17 per cent). Asset or fund managers\nmade up 72 per cent, insurers or pension funds 25 per cent, banks 2 per\ncent, and private banks or others 1 per cent. Final books exceeded\nUS$1.35 billion from 63 accounts.<\/p>",
