Jakarta, Beritasatu.com - Rosan Roeslani, who is the Minister for\nInvestment and Downstream Development and also Chief Executive Officer\n(CEO) of Danantara Indonesia, emphasised that the one-stop governance\npolicy for the export of natural resources (SDA) is aimed at boosting\ntransaction transparency and strengthening oversight of the value of\nnational commodity exports.<\/p>\n
According to Rosan, implementation of the policy will be carried out\nthrough a state-owned enterprise formed specifically named Danantara\nSumber Daya Indonesia.<\/p>\n
\u2018We from Danantara have been asked to follow up, and of course we\nhave followed up in accordance with the government regulations provided;\nthis will be carried out by the state-owned enterprises (BUMN),\u2019 Rosan\nsaid at the Parliament Building, Jakarta, on Wednesday (20\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n
Rosan emphasised that forming PT Danantara Sumber Daya Indonesia is\nnot to restrict trade activity, but to reinforce transparency in export\ntransactions of natural resource commodities.<\/p>\n
\u2018Therefore, we have established a body named PT Danantara Sumber Daya\nIndonesia, which we want to stress is more about transaction\ntransparency,\u2019 he said.<\/p>\n
He revealed that the government still finds practices of under\ninvoicing or listing exports below actual prices for several strategic\ncommodities. These conditions are seen as having the potential to cause\nforeign exchange leakage and weaken transparency in national SDA\ntrade.<\/p>\n
As an initial phase, the government will begin implementing an export\ntransaction reporting system from June to December 2026. In this phase,\nexporters will be required to submit transaction data to be evaluated\nand matched with global market prices.<\/p>\n
Danantara Sumber Daya Indonesia will later supervise the fairness of\nexport prices based on international market indices.<\/p>\n
Rosan said the system built by the government is aimed at creating\ncertainty and openness for all business actors, both sellers and buyers,\nin line with market prices.<\/p>\n
\u2018In fact, our existence brings openness to all parties, from buyers\nto sellers, in accordance with the existing market prices,\u2019 he\nconcluded.<\/p>\n
