        "content": "<p>COO of Danantara Indonesia, Dony Oskaria, has assured that export\nprocesses managed by PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI) will be\ntransparent and accountable.<\/p>\n<p>\"At PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia, we are committed to ensuring\nthe company operates with good governance, transparency, and\naccountability,\" Dony stated at a press conference on Sunday, 31 May\n2026.<\/p>\n<p>He emphasised that Danantara does not want the good intentions behind\nestablishing PT DSI to lead to new problems due to poor export\ngovernance.<\/p>\n<p>\"This is our key benchmark, as we do not want a well-intentioned\ninitiative to become a problem merely by shifting existing issues,\" he\nadded.<\/p>\n<p>Dony also confirmed that PT DSI\u2019s presence would not introduce new\nbureaucratic processes in the export supply chain.<\/p>\n<p>\"This will not add to bureaucracy, and we hope it will add value to\nour natural resource export processes,\" he concluded.<\/p>\n<p>PT Danantara Sumberdaya Indonesia (DSI) is set to commence operations\non Monday, 1 June 2026, with the transition period lasting until 31\nDecember 2026 at the latest.<\/p>\n<p>Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs, Airlangga Hartarto,\nstated that commodities such as coal, palm oil, and ferro alloy will be\nincluded in the export scheme via PT DSI.<\/p>\n<p>\"Strategic natural resource exports will be channelled through a\nsingle window via the state-owned export company PT Danantara Sumber\nDaya Indonesia (PT DSI). This mechanism aims to improve export\noversight, quality, and data validity,\" Airlangga said during the same\npress conference.<\/p>\n<p>He added that the single-window export policy is designed to minimise\nfraudulent practices such as under-invoicing, transfer pricing, and\nforeign exchange leaks from exports.<\/p>\n<p>Airlangga confirmed that exporters can continue their activities as\nusual from tomorrow, but they must report export activities to PT DSI\nduring the transition period.<\/p>",
