        "content": "<p>Jakarta - Minister of Investment and Downstreaming\/Head of BKPM and\nCEO of Danantara, Rosan Roeslani, has confirmed that an Extraordinary\nGeneral Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) for PT PLN (Persero) will soon\nbe held. The confirmation was delivered by Rosan after attending a\nbriefing by President Prabowo Subianto for the board of directors and\ncommissioners of the Association of State-Owned Banks (Himbara) at the\nPresidential Palace complex in Jakarta on Thursday, 18 June 2026. When\nasked about the plan to hold the PLN RUPSLB, Rosan confirmed the agenda\nis being prepared. \u2018It is planned,\u2019 Rosan told reporters. However, Rosan\ndid not provide further details regarding the timing of the\nshareholders\u2019 meeting. He admitted he still needed to check the schedule\nthat had been arranged. \u2018I just got out, later, we\u2019ll check,\u2019 Rosan said\nbriefly.
