        "content": "<p>Jakarta (ANTARA) - The Investment Management Agency for Future\nNusantara Power (Danantara Indonesia) targets the holding company for\nPSEL projects, namely PT Daya Energi Bersih Nusantara (PT Denera), to\nlist on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) by the end of 2028, after all\nprojects begin generating cash flow.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOnce there is cash flow, we expect completion in 2028, with cash\nflow, we want to take it public (Tbk) here. One of our desires is that,\u201d\nsaid Chief Investment Officer (CIO) of Danantara Indonesia, Pandu\nSjahrir, at the Investor Relations Forum 2026 in Jakarta on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>Pandu stated that the waste-to-energy (WTE) or waste processing into\nelectricity (PSEL) project holding will oversee 33 projects with a total\ninvestment value approaching US$5 billion, or approximately Rp85\ntrillion to Rp90 trillion.<\/p>\n<p>He revealed that in the near future, Danantara, together with the\ngovernment, will launch the second batch of PSEL projects, alongside the\nsigning of power purchase agreements (PPA).<\/p>\n<p>Once all PPAs are completed, said Pandu, project construction is\ntargeted to begin in the first week of June 2026.<\/p>\n<p>In the second phase development, according to Pandu, Danantara will\nalso increase the minimum ownership stake to 51 per cent.<\/p>\n<p>He said that project development is carried out by involving foreign\nand domestic partners to accelerate the resolution of Indonesia\u2019s waste\nissues.<\/p>\n<p>Pandu also believes that Denera has the potential to become one of\nthe world\u2019s largest waste-to-energy companies and could serve as a\npositive catalyst for the domestic capital market if it lists on the\nIndonesia Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>For information, Denera was officially established on 1 April 2026.\nDenera will serve as the holding for each Waste Processing into\nElectricity Developer and Manager Business Entity (BUPP) for PSEL, where\neach BUPP is a combination of Denera and selected partner consortia.<\/p>\n<p>The establishment of Denera aligns with the mandate of Presidential\nRegulation (Perpres) Number 109 of 2025 regarding urban waste management\nthrough waste-to-renewable energy processing based on environmentally\nfriendly technology, as well as the Indonesian Government\u2019s vision to\nbuild cleaner, more resilient, and sustainable cities.<\/p>",
