        "content": "<p>PT DANANTARA Asset Management has acquired shares in investment\nmanagement companies owned by several state-owned banks. The investment\nmanagement firms taken over by Danantara are PT BRI Manajemen Investasi,\nPT Permodalan Nasional Madani Investment Management\u2014a subsidiary of\nBRI\u2014PT Mandiri Manajemen Investasi, and PT BNI Asset Management.<\/p>\n<p>According to disclosures on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Danantara\npurchased 19.5 million shares of BRI Manajemen Investasi, each valued at\nRp 1,000. The total transaction value is Rp 975 billion.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe number of shares is equivalent to 65 per cent of the total\nplaced and paid-up capital issued by BRI MI,\u201d BRI\u2019s management stated in\nthe disclosure, quoted on Wednesday, 8 April 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Danantara then bought 109,999 shares of PNM Investment Management,\neach share valued at Rp 1 million. This number of shares is equivalent\nto 99.999 per cent of the total placed and paid-up capital issued by PNM\nIM. The total purchase transaction value is Rp 345 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Next, Danantara acquired 39,960,000 shares of BNI Asset Management,\nwith each share valued at Rp 1,000. This number of shares is equivalent\nto 99.9 per cent of the total placed and paid-up capital in BNI AM. The\ntotal value of this transaction is Rp 359.64 billion.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, Danantara acquired shares in Mandiri Manajemen Investasi\namounting to 1,499 shares, or equivalent to 99.93 per cent of MMI shares\nowned by Mandiri Sekuritas.
