The Bali and Nusa Tenggara Regional Team of PT Bank Danamon Indonesia\nTbk has distributed humanitarian aid to communities affected by the\nearthquake in Maurole District, Ende Regency, East Nusa Tenggara.<\/p>\n
Regional Corporate Officer for Danamon Bali and Nusra, I Gusti Agus\nIndrawan, said the assistance comprised rice, blankets, tarpaulins,\neggs, instant noodles, biscuits, mineral water, and various other\nessential supplies.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis assistance reflects Danamon\u2019s commitment to supporting the\nfulfilment of basic needs for communities impacted by the earthquake\nthat struck the NTT region on 15 August 2026,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n
The earthquake, centred near Mbay in Nagekeo Regency, caused\nfatalities and injuries as well as damage to facilities and\ninfrastructure across several areas.<\/p>\n
Agus said the aid distribution was carried out in coordination with\nthe local government and the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD)\nto ensure it was delivered effectively, according to need, and on\ntarget.<\/p>\n
The assistance was a gesture of sympathy and support from Danamon for\ncommunities affected by the disaster.<\/p>\n
