Djasmani said.<\/p>\n<p>Djasmani said workers have been ordered to finish parts of the<br>\ndam which do not need cement so that the construction would not<br>\ncome to a complete stop.<\/p>\n<p>The rainy season which is expected to start this month, he<br>\nadded, would inevitably hamper the project because the soil in<br>\nthe area would turn to mud.<\/p>\n<p>The construction of the dam, located in Kebasen district,<br>\nbegan in July 1990.
