        "content": "<p>Cyber University\u2019s Edutrip programme to Singapore and Malaysia\nofficially commenced with an academic visit to Singapore Management\nUniversity (SMU) on Monday, 9 February 2026. The four-day programme,\nrunning from 9 to 12 February 2026, was attended by students and\nlecturers from the institution.<\/p>\n<p>SMU\u2019s learning system emphasises class discussion, collaborative\nprojects, and constructive academic competition. The university,\nestablished in 2000 as Singapore\u2019s third university, focuses on higher\neducation in business and management, with a mission to cultivate\nentrepreneurial leaders with a broad understanding of economics. SMU\u2019s\neducational approach is well known for being highly interactive,\ncollaborative, and project-based.<\/p>\n<p>Through the edutrip, Cyber University \u2014 positioning itself as The\nFirst Fintech University in Indonesia \u2014 hopes its students will gain\ninsight into international education standards and enhance their\nreadiness to compete globally.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the broader itinerary, the delegation also visited\nUniversiti Kuala Lumpur (UniKL) on Jalan Sultan Ismail, Bandar Wawasan,\nKuala Lumpur, to broaden academic perspectives and explore cross-border\ncollaboration opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Caesar Alvito Bahari, a student from the Information Systems and\nTechnology programme who participated in the edutrip, said the activity\nprovided direct cross-country learning experiences. He noted that the\nedutrip gave him and fellow students first-hand experience in\nunderstanding the global academic environment.<\/p>\n<p>Cyber University operates a Company Learning Programme (CLP) under a\n3+1 model, whereby students attend classes for three years and undertake\nan industry internship for one year. In their sixth semester, students\nare prepared for placements at companies that have established\npartnerships with the university.<\/p>",
