This intensive training\ntook place at Wisma Hijau, Cimanggis, Depok, from 13-25 April 2026. The\nstep is part of the campus\u2019s efforts to strengthen students\u2019 practical\ncompetencies in the financial sector. During the training, participants\nwere equipped with gold appraisal techniques, evaluation standards, and\nrisk management. Alfian, who is also a Pegadaian UPC Agent at Pasar\nBaru, participated in hands-on practice in identifying and analysing the\nquality of precious metals. The activity aims to bridge classroom theory\nwith professional needs in the field. Alfian revealed that this\nexperience provided new insights into professional standards in the\nfinancial services sector. According to him, a deep understanding of\npawn services is very important for his future career. \u201cThis training\nhas opened my eyes to professional standards in the world of gold\nappraisal.
