Corporate Secretary Okki Rushartomo said the company\nimmediately conducted a thorough investigation after encountering the\nallegations of the data breach. According to Okki, cybersecurity is a\nserious concern for BNI. The IT Security team has been deployed to\nconduct ongoing investigations and tight monitoring. The company has\ntaken necessary security measures and coordinated with the relevant\nauthorities. \u2018To date, we have found no indications of unauthorized data\nretrieval or transfer of customer data,\u2019 he told Kompas.com on Friday,\n22 May 2026. Okki emphasised that all BNI banking services remain\noperating normally. Customers can still use BNI services via the Wondr\nby BNI app, ATMs, or branches. BNI also guarantees its commitment to\nprotecting customers\u2019 personal data in accordance with applicable laws\nand regulations.
