        "content": "<p>Curug market renovation halted<\/p>\n<p>TANGERANG: Renovation work at Curug market has been halted by<br>\nprivate developer PT Bangun Prima Sarana because the traders<br>\nrefused to pay the down payment for their kiosks.<\/p>\n<p>\"Since the renovation began in January, there's not much<br>\nprogress in the construction work,\" complained Subarda, a<br>\n45-year-old trader.<\/p>\n<p>Another trader Sarifah, 50, said that they were only given 18<br>\nmonths to pay for the kiosks, each of which is priced at between<br>\nRp 50 million (US$5,780) and Rp 60 million.<\/p>\n<p>Fire razed the market in late 2002.
