Berlin (ANTARA) \u2014 Charging technology company CUKTECH has unveiled a\nprototype lower-body exoskeleton powered by a power bank, along with a\nrange of charging products, at IFA Berlin 2026, as the company explores\napplications of its power technology beyond conventional charging\ndevices.<\/p>\n
IFA Berlin 2026, a trade fair for consumer electronics and home\nappliances, runs from 4 to 8 September. Technology companies from around\nthe world are displaying a wide array of products covering artificial\nintelligence (AI), robotics, smart home technology, and wearable\ndevices, whilst also offering a picture of the latest trends in consumer\ntechnology.<\/p>\n
CUKTECH has more than a decade of experience in power technology\nresearch and development. The company has sold over 30 million units\nworldwide and now serves customers in more than 40 countries and\nregions, it said.<\/p>\n
At this year\u2019s fair, CUKTECH presented the CUKTECH Power Exoskeleton\nKit, a lightweight lower-body exoskeleton prototype powered by a\ndetachable CUKTECH power bank that can be inserted into the device as a\npower module. The power bank can be swapped as needed and used\nseparately to charge smartphones, cameras, and other portable\ndevices.<\/p>\n
According to the company, the prototype is equipped with a multimodal\nsensing system and motion-intent recognition technology for the lower\nlimbs. It can detect and respond to the user\u2019s movements in real time,\nproviding assistance when walking on flat surfaces, slopes, and\nstairs.<\/p>\n
The device weighs approximately 2.5 kilograms, provides movement\nassistance of up to 35 per cent, and supports assisted motion at speeds\nof up to 18 kilometres per hour.<\/p>\n
Designed for office environments and multi-device use, the desktop\ncharging stations can charge laptops, smartphones, and other devices\nsimultaneously, whilst their built-in displays provide real-time\ninformation on charging status and power delivery.<\/p>\n
In addition, CUKTECH showcased a range of its latest charging\nproducts, including the CUKTECH 30 Charging Station, CUKTECH 30 Charger,\nand CUKTECH 10 Charging Station.<\/p>\n
Visitors flocked to the CUKTECH stand to try out the charging\nproducts and learn about the functions and potential applications of the\nexoskeleton prototype.<\/p>\n
Eric Wang, chief marketing officer and head of CUKTECH\u2019s design\ncentre, told Xinhua that the company leverages China\u2019s supply chain and\nits in-house research and development capabilities to develop products\nfor diverse overseas markets.<\/p>\n
The company focuses on product design, charging performance, safety,\nand cost control, whilst tailoring its products to the needs of various\nmarkets, he said.<\/p>\n
