The session was attended by students who have started their\nown businesses and were given the opportunity to discuss directly with\nChairul Tanjung.<\/p>\n<p>Tanjung said that success cannot be achieved instantly. According to\nhim, success requires hard work, accompanied by prayer and an attitude\nof surrendering to Allah SWT so that the business journey brings\nblessings.<\/p>\n<p>He explained that the coaching clinic was intended for students who\nhave already begun running businesses. Tanjung shared his experiences\nand provided solutions to various problems faced by participants in\ndeveloping their ventures.<\/p>\n<p>Five students were then invited onto the stage to share and consult\nabout their respective businesses. The businesses they run are diverse,\nranging from thesis guidance services, selling fried snacks, to managing\noil palm plantations.<\/p>\n<p>Among the issues raised were how to overcome a stagnant business,\ndealing with weakening public purchasing power, and selecting employees.\nTanjung assessed that these problems are classic challenges also faced\nby entrepreneurs, including the risk of fraud by employees.<\/p>\n<p>According to Tanjung, employee selection cannot rely solely on\npsychological tests because no method can guarantee that a person is\ncompletely trustworthy. Therefore, entrepreneurs need to test\nprospective employees gradually over a certain period to observe their\ncharacter and disposition.<\/p>\n<p>Closing the session, Tanjung conveyed a message about the importance\nof being a fortunate person. He said that a foolish person will lose to\na clever person, a clever person can lose to a cunning person, but a\ncunning person cannot defeat a fortunate person. According to him, the\nguidance for becoming a fortunate person can be found in the Quran and\nneeds to be implemented in life.<\/p>",
