        "content": "<p>Vietnam\u2019s CT Group has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)\nwith Indonesia\u2019s Ministry of National Development Planning\/Bappenas,\nestablishing a framework for long-term strategic cooperation in\ntechnology and development. The agreement covers the development of\nDigital Twin technology, Low Altitude Economy (LAE) ecosystems,\ninnovation, sustainable infrastructure, industrial modernisation,\nresearch, and human resource development. Tran Kim Chung, leader of CT\nGroup Vietnam, stated that the MoU reflects a shared commitment to\nsupporting Indonesia\u2019s long-term national development agenda. He added\nthat the cooperation is designed not only to be technology-oriented but\nalso to create economic value and sustainable benefits for Indonesia.\nFollowing the signing, both parties will proceed with technical studies,\nproject preparation, and necessary regulatory processes. The\ncollaborative projects are expected to be implemented in stages once all\ntechnical and administrative preparations are complete.
