"summary": "Several luxury cruise lines, including Genting Dream and Star Voyager, have announced additional fuel surcharges for passengers following a surge in global oil prices triggered by escalating conflicts involving Iran, the United States, and Israel. These fees, ranging from approximately Rp 200,000 to Rp 450,000 per guest per night depending on the itinerary and departure port, will apply to voyages starting from March 2026, with adjustments possible based on future oil price fluctuations. Meanwhile, ferry operators serving routes between Singapore and Indonesian destinations like Batam and Bintan are also imposing smaller surcharges of Rp 100,000 to Rp 200,000 per trip, highlighting the broader impact on regional travel costs.",
