        "content": "<p>Crude prices move up<\/p>\n<p>SINGAPORE (Reuters): Asian crude prices moved up yesterday,<br>\nsupported by expectations of higher utility demand, as the hot<br>\nweather prompts increased use of air-conditioners, traders said.<\/p>\n<p>Traders said heavy sweet Indonesian Minas and Widuri crudes<br>\nhave started trading at premiums of 25-30 U.S. cents per barrel<br>\nto the official ICP.<\/p>\n<p>This is higher than the ICP plus 15 cents traded for July<br>\nMinas cargoes. In May, Minas traded at discounts to the ICP, but<br>\nspot prices firmed, following reduced export allocations from<br>\nIndonesian state oil company Pertamina.<\/p>\n<p>Traders said the start-up of the 125,000-bpd Balongan refiner,<br>\nexpected by the middle of July, could keep Indonesian supplies<br>\ntight.<\/p>\n<p>\"Supplies may still be small, and there is more utility<br>\ndemand, so I think prices will be firm,\" said a Japanese trader.<\/p>\n<p>But some traders were waiting for firmer news of Indonesia's<br>\nexport availabilities, which should become clearer next week, to<br>\ngauge the direction of prices.<\/p>",
