        "content": "<p>\u201cIf culture is the foundation, then applying innovation, technology,\nand creativity to its outputs gives birth to the creative economy,\u201d he\nsaid at the 2026 East Java Media Summit in Surabaya on Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>According to him, East Java holds immense potential to develop its\ncreative economy, backed by rich cultural heritage, skilled human\nresources, and a steadily growing creative ecosystem.<\/p>\n<p>Harsya noted that the direction of creative economy development\naligns with the national vision, which emphasizes the creation of\nquality jobs.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want to create high-quality jobs.
