        "content": "<p>Court delays man's execution<\/p>\n<p>SEMARANG, Central Java: The Central Java High Prosecutors<br>\nOffice decided to postpone the execution of Toegiman, 43, after<br>\nhe filed a petition for a review of his case.<\/p>\n<p>Toegiman, on death row following his conviction for the murder<br>\nof Utomo Kasidi and his family members, had appealed for clemency<br>\nbut was denied.<\/p>\n<p>Head of the prosecutors office Harry Moerdjono told the Antara<br>\nnews agency yesterday that, legally, Toegiman's petition for a<br>\nreview, filed last Friday, will not necessarily affect the<br>\nexecution schedule.<\/p>\n<p>\"However, as this concerns the life of a human being, there's<br>\na special policy could delay the execution,\" Moerdjono said.<\/p>\n<p>Toegiman's case will be reviewed by the Surakarta district<br>\ncourt next week, and the prosecutors appointed to the case are<br>\nHaryono and Soetarto.<\/p>\n<p>Both men were also prosecutors during the trial of Toegiman<br>\nand Karta Tjahjadi, his accomplice in the murder who was executed<br>\nin 1990.
