        "content": "<p>Cop named suspect in fatal shooting<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: The stray bullets which killed two girls and injured <br>\nthe mother of one of the girls in the Taman Sari area of West <br>\nJakarta on Monday, allegedly came from the pistol of First Brig. <br>\nBudi who was chasing alleged drug dealers.<\/p>\n<p>&quot;We&apos;ve found residual powder in the pistol belonging to First <br>\nBrig. Budi. He also admitted that he had fired the bullets during <br>\nthe incident,&quot; said Jakarta Police spokesman Sr. Comr. Prasetyo <br>\non Wednesday.<\/p>\n<p>Budi was the main suspect in the shooting, but police will <br>\nalso take legal action against six other police personnel in the <br>\nteam.<\/p>\n<p>Budi can be charged as an ordinary civilian under Criminal <br>\nCode Article 359 on negligence which leads to other people&apos;s <br>\ndeath.
