        "content": "<p>The Coordinating Ministry for Human Development and Culture (Kemenko\nPMK) of the Republic of Indonesia is utilising the momentum of the new\n2026\/2027 academic year in educational units to maximise education on\npreventing violence against children. \u201cSo we are using this new\nsemester, new academic year momentum as much as possible for education\nso that violence against children does not occur,\u201d said Coordinating\nMinister for Human Development and Culture Pratikno after a working\nvisit to the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) on Friday. According to\nhim, this educational effort on preventing violence against children is\nan implementation of the National Movement for Safe and Comfortable\nSpaces for Children (RANA), a Kemenko PMK programme in collaboration\nwith various related ministries. \u201cThe essence is, first, education for\nchildren, parents, and teachers. Then there is infrastructure to\nguarantee the safety and comfort of children in learning spaces,\nensuring no violence occurs,\u201d he said. \u201cAnd we also guarantee, together\nwith the Ministry of Women\u2019s Empowerment and Child Protection, the\nMinistry of Population and Family Development, and the Police, to\nprovide a rapid response if there are any indications of violence\nagainst children,\u201d he added.
