Cooperative's chief killers hunted<\/p>\n
JAKARTA (JP): Police yesterday were still hunting for four men
\nwho shot dead and robbed a cooperative chairman of Rp 11 million
\n(US$4,563) in Bekasi, West Java.<\/p>\n
Bekasi Police Chief Lt. Col. Alex Bambang Riatmodjo, said
\npolice have identified four suspects who shot Sutadi Seno in a
\nrice stall on Tuesday.<\/p>\n
\"We are still investigating the case,\" Alex said.<\/p>\n
He said two of the four men approached the cooperative
\ncashier, Ati Yuniani, who was about to pay electricity bills of
\nthe cooperative members at a counter near the stall.<\/p>\n
Sutadi tried to help his secretary as he saw the two men
\ngrabbing the money from her, he said.<\/p>\n
Alex said one of the two men pointed a gun to Sutadi and shot
\nthe victim. \"Sutadi died with three shot wounds in the head and
\nbody.\"<\/p>\n
The men escaped in two motorcycles, he said.<\/p>\n
According to Alex the suspects had observed the cooperative
\nprior to the crime.<\/p>\n
\"Two of the men had come to the cooperative and chatted with
\nthe cashier about two days prior to the robbery,\" he said.
