        "content": "<p>JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - PT Jasamarga Transjawa Tol (JTT) and the police\nhave officially discontinued the contraflow traffic arrangement on the\nJakarta-Cikampek toll road on Friday afternoon, in line with the vehicle\nflow beginning to normalise during the Good Friday holiday period. Vice\nPresident of Corporate Secretary &amp; Legal at PT Jasamarga Transjawa\nTol, Ria Marlinda Paallo, stated that the contraflow was halted after\nmonitoring results indicated that traffic was gradually smoothing out.\nThe traffic arrangement had previously been implemented from KM 47 to KM\n66 towards Cikampek since 09:18 WIB and was then discontinued at 13:27\nWIB. She explained that the normalisation of traffic flow resulted from\nintensive on-site monitoring and periodic evaluations between JTT and\nthe police. According to her, as the volume of vehicles began to\ndistribute well, the traffic arrangement was no longer needed, allowing\nthe flow to operate normally for the comfort of road users. Ria also\nemphasised that the implementation and discontinuation of the contraflow\nwere at the discretion of the police, taking into account the current\nfield conditions.
