PT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk (AHI) (ACES), through AZKO, is\ncontinuing its AZKO Berbagi Cahaya (AZKO Sharing the Light) programme to\nexpand public access to energy-efficient lighting. The initiative also\naims to encourage more efficient energy use.<\/p>\n
AZKO said energy efficiency is an important step towards using\nresources more wisely and supporting efforts to mitigate climate\nchange.<\/p>\n
As of October 2026, the AZKO Berbagi Cahaya programme had distributed\n32,818 LED bulbs to 6,950 homes, 37 schools and 39 public facilities\nacross Indonesia, including Java, Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku,\nBali, Lombok and Papua.<\/p>\n
AZKO has pledged to extend the programme\u2019s reach so that more people\ncan benefit from energy-efficient lighting.<\/p>\n
Melinda Pudjo, Head of Corporate Communications and Sustainability at\nPT Aspirasi Hidup Indonesia Tbk, said sustainability was reflected not\nonly in the company\u2019s operational management, but also in initiatives\nthat encourage people to use resources more wisely.<\/p>\n

AZKO Berbagi Cahaya is one of the company\u2019s efforts to support AHI\u2019s\nSustainability Ambition 2030, particularly by promoting energy\nefficiency, supporting climate change mitigation and expanding public\naccess to better lighting.<\/p>\n
The initiative is also aligned with the Sustainable Development\nGoals, particularly Goal 7 on affordable and clean energy and Goal 13 on\nclimate action, through efforts to encourage more efficient energy\nuse.<\/p>\n
AHI\u2019s sustainability commitment is also reflected in AZKO\u2019s product\nportfolio. Environmentally friendly products currently make up 11.3% of\nAZKO\u2019s total range, with the company targeting an increase to more than\n20% by 2030.<\/p>\n
The category includes products that support energy and water\nefficiency, waste reduction and the use of more environmentally friendly\nraw materials.<\/p>\n
As part of its energy-efficiency solutions, AZKO offers a range of\nKRISBOW Lumi LED bulbs that can reduce electricity consumption by up to\n85%. They provide brighter, more comfortable light than conventional\nincandescent bulbs and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use.<\/p>\n
The range includes KRISBOW Lumi LED Emergency bulbs for lighting\nduring emergencies, as well as KRISBOW Lumi LED Sensor bulbs, which\nswitch on automatically when the surroundings become dark and turn off\nwhen it is light. The light-sensor technology can help users avoid\nleaving lights on, helping to keep electricity use in check.<\/p>\n
