        "content": "<p>The hearing, held on Thursday (21 May 2026), was a continuation of\ncase numbers 33\/PUU-XXIV\/2026 and 273\/PUU-XXIII\/2025, concerning a\nmaterial test of Article 71(2) of Law No.\u00a06 of 2023 on Job Creation in\nconjunction with Article 28 of Law No.\u00a036 of 1999, relating to rules on\nexpired internet quotas. \u2018If possible and I hope these service providers\nsuch as XL, Indosat, then Telkomsel under ATSI. Could you meet\ncollectively under the association and then try to offer a formula that\nis relevant to this petition,\u2019 said Saldi during the hearing. \u2018Don\u2019t\njust defend, because previously the defence was: \u2019Oh this will threaten\ndevelopment, this could collapse and so on\u2019 okay,\u2019 he added. \u2018But the\nCourt must also take into account the real losses suffered by\nconsumers,\u2019 he said again. Therefore, Saldi reminded that there should\nbe a joint meeting among the mobile operators and offer alternatives to\nthe MK judges. \u2018Meanwhile, consumers should not be harmed. That is the\njudges\u2019 way of thinking,\u2019 he said. Saldi added that the role of a judge\nis to maintain a balance between business profits and the principle of\nnot harming the citizen. \u2018Because this is one of the purposes of\nestablishing the Constitutional Court \u2014 to protect the constitutional\nrights of citizens. That is what must be considered most,\u2019 he\nconcluded.<\/p>",
