Observations from ANTARA on the MK\u2019s official website indicate\nthat the pronouncement of decisions or determinations is scheduled to\nbegin at 14:00 WIB and continue until completion. The 22 cases to be\ndecided today consist of three cases on the judicial review of the new\nCriminal Procedure Code (KUHAP), two cases on the Civil Service Law\n(ASN), two cases on the Election Law, two cases on the Job Creation Law,\none case on the Criminal Code (KUHP), one case on the 2026 State Budget\nLaw (APBN), and one case on the Electronic Information and Transactions\nLaw (ITE). Several cases drawing attention include the judicial reviews\nof the KUHP and the new KUHAP, which have seen numerous petitions to the\nMK. For today\u2019s decisions, case number 96\/PUU-XXIV\/2026 involves the\njudicial review of Law Number 1 of 2023 on the KUHP, petitioned by\nNgarijan Salim.
