"summary": "The Constitutional Court (MK) has rejected a challenge to the Capital City Law (UU IKN), confirming that Jakarta continues to serve as Indonesia's capital city until an official presidential decision relocates it to Nusantara. The court clarified that concerns over the status of the Special Capital Region of Jakarta (DKJ) are unfounded, as the law's provisions must be interpreted holistically, ensuring no legal vacuum or uncertainty. This ruling supports the ongoing planning for the capital's relocation while maintaining Jakarta's current role.",
