        "content": "<p>Constitutional Court may be on time<\/p>\n<p>JAKARTA: Despite the fact that there is only one month left<br>\nuntil the deadline, chairman of the House's special committee<br>\ndeliberating the bill on constitutional court Zein Badjeber<br>\nexpressed his optimism on Wednesday that the draft law would be<br>\npassed on time.<\/p>\n<p>Zein, of the United Development Party, said he saw no<br>\ncontentious articles in the bill that might prove a stumbling<br>\nblock for its endorsement, scheduled for the end of this month.<\/p>\n<p>Crucial contents of the bill include the authority of the<br>\nConstitutional Court as stipulated in the amended 1945<br>\nConstitution, which says the government and the House must have<br>\nestablished the Constitutional Court by Aug. 17, 2003.<\/p>\n<p>The President, the House and the Supreme Court are each given<br>\nthree seats in the Constitutional Court, which is to consist of<br>\nnine members. -- JP<\/p>",
