Condemn the bombing!<\/p>\n

The recent horrifying, terrifying bomb blast in front of the
\nresidence of the Philippine ambassador to Indonesia in Jakarta --
\nin which two were killed and dozens seriously injured as well as
\nsurrounding buildings damaged -- is extremely harmful not only to
\nthe victims concerned but also to the nation as it has damaged
\nIndonesia's image in the international forum.<\/p>\n
It certainly has had a negative impact on Indonesia's economy
\nin general, and tourism in particular. By now, foreign tourists
\nmay have canceled their visits to this country for security
\nreasons. They would be afraid of a reoccurrence of that bloody
\nbombing in other areas of Indonesia including seaside\/mountain
\nresorts. Economically, the bombing has undoubtedly considerably
\nincreased the growing concern for the safety and security of
\nprojects involving foreign investment, which might also result in
\ncancellation of planned foreign investments.<\/p>\n
I don't care who could have been behind the bombing. I
\nstrongly condemn it and am asking all peace-loving communities to
\ncondemn it, too, because bombing is extremely inhumane as it
\ndamages everything and brings about increased hostility as well
\nas hatred.<\/p>\n
